Can you remove my aggregates for recycling?

We offer a hard break-out service and will recycle the material if possible. However, all materials are subject to CLEA (Contaminated Land Exposure Assessment) guidelines.

 

Are recycled aggregates cheaper than primary aggregates ?

Primary aggregates are newly quarried and recycled aggregates are derived from construction waste. All prices are dependent on the material, site location and volume, but recycled aggregates are usually cheaper. However, its vital to makes sure that all materials are appropriate for your specific site requirements.

 

What is a ‘duty of care waste transfer note’?

A duty of care waste transfer note, or WTN, is a legal requirement and must be completed when waste is transferred from one party to another. A WTN ensure that waste can be tracked from the producer to disposal point.

 

What is the difference between 6F2 and 6F5?

6F2 is manufactured on site and used on-site. 6F5 is material imported to site.

 

How many tonnes can an eight-wheel tipper lorry carry?

Approximately 20 tonnes or 13-14 cubic metres.
